Subscription PolicyLast updated: January 26, 2025This Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions for Storist.me are billed, renewed, and managed.
Storist.me is operated by Storist, located at 142 Linden Street, Sutherland, NSW, Australia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy.
1. Subscription PlansStorist offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features.
Details such as:
- subscription length,
- price,
- included features,
are displayed in the app or on the platform before purchase.
2. Billing and PaymentSubscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected).
Payments are processed by third-party platforms, including:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Stripe
Storist does not store or process your payment information.
3. Automatic RenewalSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the relevant platform provider to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.
4. Managing and Canceling SubscriptionsYou can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you made the purchase, including:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Stripe
- In-app subscription management, if available
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the period ends.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5. Free Trials (if applicable)If a free trial is offered:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- The subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
- Trial length and conditions are displayed before activation
Only one free trial may be available per user or account, where permitted by the platform.
6. Price ChangesStorist may change subscription prices from time to time.
Price changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated through the relevant platform, in accordance with its policies.
7. RefundsIf you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly from the respective platform. Storist does not control or process refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores.
If you purchased your subscription through
Stripe, we are ready to return your money without any questions.
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@storist.me within 14 days of purchase
- Clearly state that you are requesting a refund

8. Access After ExpirationIf your subscription expires or is canceled:
- Access to premium features will end
- You may still access any free features available in the Service
9. Changes to This PolicyStorist may update this Subscription Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
