1. Refund Eligibility (Stripe Purchases Only)

If you purchased your subscription through Stripe, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is submitted by email to support@storist.me

We are ready to return your money without any questions, as long as the request is made within this 14-day period.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Stripe purchase:

  • Send an email to support@storist.me
  • Use the subject line: Refund Request
  • Include the email address used for the purchase

Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds for Stripe purchases are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

The exact timing may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or country of residence.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases (App Store & Google Play)

If you purchased your subscription through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

refunds must be requested directly from the respective platform.

Storist does not control, approve, or process refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores, and their refund decisions are governed by their own policies.

5. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refunds are granted only according to the rules described in this Refund Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

Storist may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will be published on this page.
